Bearing Supports
Designed to “close couple ” to hydraulics pumps and motors. Bearing supports allow some side loading of pumps and motors (subject to calculations). Ideal for use with pulley drives.
Bearing supports are available for european spec pumps and motors and some orbit motor specifications.
Lever operated mechanical clutches
Lever operated mechanical clutches are use to facilitate engaging and disengaging or hydraulic pump and motor drives.
Units are available as single rotation or reversible and are available to suit all european frame pumps and motors and some SAE specifications.
Electro-magnetic Clutches
We stock units to a normal max power transmission of 60HP (44W).
Available in 12V or 24V operation with tourque transfer up to 21 DnM and speeds up to 2700 RPM, these units offer an effective and neat way to engage and disengage hydraulic drives remotely. Units are available to suit european group 2 and 3 pumps and motors.
Agricultural PTO Gearboxes
Designed to couple to the tractors' PTO shaft, these units are a simple arrangement to provide a source of hydraulic power on agricultural applications. We stock the unit with the female "quick release" connector and pumps from the european group 1, 2 and 3 series can be fitted.
The normal ratio of the box is 3.5:1 giving a pump speed of 1890 RPM from a 540 PTO take off.
Speed Reducers
Speed Reducers are designed to fit to “orbit motors” with the standard SAE a flange and 25MM drive shaft. Normal speed reduction is 3.8:1, thus allowing the motor to run at an efficient speed but allowing slow speed output through a female 35MM shaft.
Splitter Boxes
Splitter box's facilitate the driving of 2 separate hydraulic pumps from european frame sizes GP2, GP3 & SAE options.. optimal drive inputs and ratios. Nominal maximum HP 45 (33KW).
